Re-printing Labels

1.    The Print Engine stores details of labels printed over the last 20 days. (This option can be changed, see here for instructions on how to alter this).

2.    Should you require to re-print labels, start the Print Engine by going to Start > Programs > Kewill Systems > Print Engine Client.

3.    Select Print Document from the File menu.

4.    Select the date/time of the label print required by clicking on the label text to highlight it.

5.    Then click on the Preview button.  After a short while a Page Preview box will appear.

6.    To view the bar codes as they would be printed, click on the Display Margins button and Draw Bar Codes button.

7.    The Bar Codes will then appear as they will be printed.

8.    You can then use the Navigation buttons to find the page required:

9.    The buttons control the moving of one page forward or back at a time.  If the button is dimmed then you are at the first or last page respectively. The page count is displayed in the bottom left of the Status Bar. You can also position to the First or Last Page of the print set by pressing the buttons on either side of the Forward/Back controls.

10.  In addition you can also go directly to a page by using the Goto Page option.

11.  Once you have located the page you wish to print, then click on the Print button.

12.  The Print Engine will then print the selected page.

13.  Once you have finished printing the labels required, click on the Close button to close the Preview Window and then select Exit from the File menu to close the Print Engine.
