Nothing Prints
If nothing prints but no errors are reported then it could be for a number of different reasons:
· If the Print Engine reports in the log that it has created the print successfully and yet nothing prints then it could be that the default printer is not available. Try printing a test page from the default printer.
· When reprinting labels if you delete the print job from the print queue before it has finished printing then you will need to restart the Print Engine before trying to reprint anything else. If you don't then it is quite likely that nothing will print!
If the Print Engine still will not print then contact support.
