1) Are you using a Network to access the Internet via a Proxy server?
No Proceed to next step…
Yes Check that you have set up the IP address of the Proxy server in options.
2) Can you print from other programs such as Internet Explorer?
No Check that your printer is configured correctly and is set as your default printer. If you are printing to a network printer then ensure that your network connection is working.
Yes Proceed to next step…
3) Try to print again, if this fails then try the registration process resolution.
4) If this fails then contact support.
