The Print Engine Server has not been able to detect that the Print Engine Client is installed, try the following steps to resolve this problem…
1. Are you using Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 5.0 or above?
Yes Proceed to next step…
No You need to install Internet Explorer, it can be download from
http://www.microsoft.com/ie
2. Are ‘cookies’ enabled in Internet Explorer?
Yes Proceed to next step…
No Enable cookies
3. Has the setup.exe been run (just downloading the Print Engine is not sufficient)
Yes Proceed to next step…
No Run the file that was downloaded (See Installing the Print Engine )
4. Has registration been completed?
Yes Proceed to next step…
No Register the Print Engine
5. If you are accessing the site via a firewall then does your firewall allow access to the Print Engine server?
Yes Proceed to next step…
No Please ask your IT department to check that the Firewall allows access to the following Print Engine servers:
http://www.ksprint.kewill.net http://www.ksprint.kewill.net
6. If it still doesn’t work then try re-installing the Print Engine. Did re-installing the Print Engine work?
No Please contact Support.
