This only effects computers running Windows NT and is caused by settings on your computer that are not allowing the Print Engine to write to your C: drive. It is probably best to ask your network administrator to change these settings.
Ensure that you have disk write permissions to the Internet Explorer Temporary Folders directory, the Print Engine System directory and the system temporary folders location (defined by the system variable TEMP).
If this fails then try the solution for 'Out of Storage Space' error, if that fails then contact support.
