A cookie is a small file created by an Internet site and is used to help the web site determine who you are. The Print Engine server needs to store a cookie on your machine so that it know that the Print Engine Client has been installed; it also enables the system to inform you of new versions of the Print Engine. If you have cookies disabled then every time you try to print labels the Print Engine server will ask you to install the Print Engine Client again.
To enable cookies perform the following actions in Internet Explorer:
1. Select Internet Options from Tools menu,
2. Select Security Tab,
3. Reset Security Settings to Medium and then,
4. Click on Custom Level and in the Cookies section ensure that both settings are set as Enable.
