This is a right-click menu accessed by clicking with the right mouse button on the online status icon in the bottom left of the status bar:
Work Online – tell the Print Engine that you would like to connect to the Print Engine server whenever files are required.
Work Offline – tell the Print Engine that you would like to use local files when reprinting. If the files cannot be found locally then the Print Engine will ask if you want to go online – if you cancel going on line then the Print Engine will not be able to reprint the selected document.
