An error similar to this will occur if the Print Engine tries to preview a page that does not exist. This will normally happen if the Print Engine has received an empty data file and you have enabled ‘Allow empty files’ under the Advanced options.
If you are working offline then the local data file is probably empty, try deleting the temporary file and trying again (you will need to go online).
If you are working online then the data needed to preview the document is no longer available on the Print Engine server and you do not have a local copy either.
