The Print Engine reports the following details of the problem…
· The system was not able to retrieve the data needed to reprint / preview the document.
· The required files are no longer in your local cache and could not be retrieved from the server.
This error is reported as a result of the Print Engine not being able to find one or more of the required files whilst attempting to reprint or preview a previously printed document. The cause of this error is usually that the temporary files required to reprint the document have been deleted; sometimes these files can be retrieved from the Print Engine server, but in this case the Print Engine was not able to retrieve them because they no longer exist on the server.
