The Print Engine reports the following details of the problem…
· The system was not able to retrieve the data needed to print / preview the document.
· The Print Engine Server may be too busy to process your request. Please try again later. If this problem persists then try increasing Connection Attempts and Timeout (Tools | Options).
This error is reported as a result of the Print Engine not being able to retrieve one or more of the required files whilst attempting to print or preview a document for the first time. The cause of this error is usually that the Print Engine client timed out whilst attempting to download files from the server. This may be because the Print Engine server is very busy or that you have a slow connection to the Internet. If this problem persists then try increasing Connection Attempts and Timeout .
