The Print Engine reports the following details of the problem…
· One of the files required to print / reprint / preview the document was empty.
The Print Engine has detected that one of the files needed to print your document is empty. If you are working online then the Print Engine will have tried to retrieve a new copy of the file from the Print Engine server and has not found a suitable replacement file. If you are working offline then the Print Engine should have prompted you to go online to get a replacement file but could not find a suitable replacement.
