Download settings – the Print Engine can make multiple attempts to download files from the Print Engine server. If you experience problems with files not being found or timeouts occurring downloading files then try increasing these settings. The normal settings are 10 connection attempts and a 60 second connection timeout – this means that the Print Engine will try up to 10 times to get each file it requires and will wait up to 60 seconds on each attempt. It is normal for the Print Engine to attempt 2 or 3 times to download data files; at busy periods or when there are large numbers of labels to be printed in one batch this may increase. If you have a slow connection to the Internet then you may need to increase the Connection Timeout.
